This reamer has out performed all other reamers in deep hole reaming ( 120 mm with cross holes ) on a high Silicon content Lamellar Graphite Cast Iron. The machine not having thru coolant facility was a big challenge. Inspite of these odds we could give the desired satisfactory output for our customer with great surface finish and tool life.
