Our latest product made for our customer is a high feed face mill cutter. This cutter is build with a special alloy steel and sturdy design to enable high material removal rate (MRR) with close pitch cutting edges and 75 degree approach. This cutter is od 160 mm diameter and suits hexagonal insert with neutral geometry which helps in taking high depth of cuts. The insert is clamped with wedges. The cutting direction is left hand, I.e. the spindle rotates in anticlockwise direction. Specially designed as per customer requirement.
