Special application spot face cutter designed and developed by us with lot of constraints for machining. The customer had a unique requirement of machining of C section in a single setting with spot face on the lower side. There was no space to clamp the cutter. This spot face has a profile with chamfer, radius and step diameter. With lot of brain storming, we could successfully achieve this design. The customer was very impressed with our design capabalities. We thank our customer for giving us this opportunity to showcase our skills.
