A challenge that seemed impossible — delivered in just 4 days! We recently supplied an HSS M35 Timing Pulley Hob Cutter to a customer within a record turnaround time of only 4 days. The customer's production line had come to a halt, and they urgently needed a replacement hob cutter. The challenge was even greater because no drawing or profile data for the hob was available. Our design team quickly stepped in and successfully generated the hob profile drawing using only a sample timing belt provided by the customer. After reviewing our inventory, we identified a cutter that was close to the required specifications. Using the newly generated profile data, our team modified the cutter and completed the required changes within just 2 days. The result: a fully functional hob cutter delivered in record time, helping our customer restart production with minimal downtime.
