We were successful in manufacturing diameter 300 mm side and face cutter in brazed carbide design with 36 teeth. The length of each carbide tip is 25 mm as per customers request. This cutter will be used to cut deep slots in Cast Iron. The width of the cutter is just 10 mm. So this made the manufacturing more challenging.
