We design and manufacture form tools in HSS M35, M42 and T42 grade. For some application, we manufacture form tools in tungsten carbide. These tools are used to generate complex profiles in a single plunge cut on cnc machine, multi spindle automats, single spindle automats. All the tools are manufactured on high ended state of the art profile grinding machines. The angular and linear accuracy of the profile is in 5' & 10 microns respectively. These tools are used to generate profiles in hydraulic fittings, hydraulic valves, pneumatic valves, bearing races, engine parts and other automotive and aerospace parts. Our tools are manufactured with utmost care, specially accuracy and surface finish, to generate high quality surfaces wherever sealing is most critical and leakages are not desirable, in parts like hydraulic valves and cylinders.
